As a neuroscience coach and passionate sports and fitness enthusiast, my work is rooted in translating science into practices that fit real life.
At the heart of my work is the meeting point of science and intuition: combining evidence-based knowledge with the inner signals your body has always been sending. Instead of overriding natural rhythms, the focus is on supporting them, so living happier, healthier, and more intentionally becomes a natural outcome, not another goal to chase.
