    Step 2 – Fuel your Mind: Quiet your inner noise | Through nature sound immersion, slow breathwork, and soothing aromatic cues, your mind naturally unwinds. Expect mental spaciousness, softened edges, and a sense of inner exhale.

    Step 3 – Restore your Balance: Red Light Immersive Yin Yoga | Move through a deeply calming, restorative Yin yoga session with long holds, passive stretches, and supportive props. We integrate lymphatic drainage-inspired sequences or gentle fascial massage to support detoxification, reduce tension, and enhance your body's natural recovery pathways.     Step 2 – Fuel your Mind: Calm and quiet your thoughts | Prepare your body to get rested with 8Hz Theta binaural beats, and soothing scents to help slow the mental chatter, regulate attention networks, and prime your mind for restorative rest.

    Step 2 – Fuel your Mind: Focus & clarity | Guided meditations, visualization exercises, and guided journaling help calm the mind and tuning into your inner voice, stimulate creative thinking, and lay new neural pathways for self-expression and insight.

    Step 3 – Restore your Balance: Art & Movement | Explore a soulful fusion of movement, mindfulness, and words with Poetry Yoga or Empowerment Meditations. Each session weaves gentle yoga flows with curated poems and reflections, inviting you to slow down, spark creativity, and connect deeply with yourself. This practice nurtures presence, awakens insight, and turns your body and mind into a canvas for self-expression and connection.

    Step 4 – Connect & Belong: Community & Reflection | Share insights, meaningful conversations, and reflections in a supportive group setting. Connect deeply with yourself and others, creating a sense of belonging and shared understanding.

Good to know

  • Each class includes all necessary props, curated small snacks and drinks made from high-quality, functional nutrition products, and — depending on the session — access to tools like LED Red & Near-Infrared light panels. Everything is intentionally selected to support the specific focus of the class (e.g. energy, focus, recovery, or sleep).

  • While every class follows the same 4-Step Protocol, each one is designed for a distinct purpose: Energy, Focus, Strength, Recovery, Sleep, or Connection. The underlying methods stay familiar, but the details vary, for example Yin Yoga vs. Pilates, or 8 Hz vs. 40Hz Binaural Beats, to match the physiological goal of each session.

  • If you’re pregnant, we recommend extra caution. While methods like red light therapy are not inherently harmful, they should always be discussed with your doctor beforehand to avoid any potential complications. If you’re injured, please let us know in advance so movements can be adapted where possible. Participation is always at your own responsibility.

  • Some nutritional products used in the classes may not be vegan. We aim to offer alternatives where possible, but our priority is effectiveness, science-backed ingredients, and high quality. If no adequate vegan option exists, a substitute may not be provided.

  • Please wear light, comfortable, athletic clothing (yoga-style). We’ll be working with red light therapy — the more skin is exposed, the more effective the benefits.

    If you have any allergies, food restrictions, or are pregnant, please let me know in advance. In some cases, not all elements of the class may be suitable, and I want to support you in the best way possible.

    Bring a water bottle, and if you like, an optional journal for reflections and insights.

  • Classes are held in English as soon as there is at least one non-German-speaking participant. If all participants speak German, the class may also be held in German.

  • Class reservations can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the class and will be fully refunded. For late cancellations or no-shows, the class fee will be charged.
